DELIVERING COMPLEX ROOMS WITH EXPERT SUCCESS

The three meeting and sales rooms provide a flexible environment at Broadcom’s corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. The rooms can be configured on the fly to combine and divide various sections depending on the needs of the group. In addition, we created 6 preset room combinations for the most commonly used configurations. Sound and video routes are created automatically once a room configuration is selected. And the user can do it all from a single touch panel interface. Along with audiovisual presentation systems, each room also has audio conference capabilities that provide seamless connectivity with remote meetings.Before we could begin programming these systems we had to first survey the previous attempts. We worked with the dealer to review the equipment that was already installed and determine what was possible given the system they had in place. We also discussed the shortcomings of the original attempts to better understand what the client wanted. We developed a control strategy and ultimately delivered a system that’s intelligent and easy to use.
